PSS is the nation’s premiere transcriber of recorded voice for interactive voice response service bureaus. We have the capability to produce as many as 60,000 records per day. Our unique Q+4 data entry system insures the highest degree of completeness, accuracy, and deliverability. We produce transcribed records captured by Interactive Voice Response (IVR) which compare very favorably to the quality and completeness of a record produced by a live agent.
Daily output is provided to hundreds of accounts in the form of secure FTP, VPN or e-mail. Files are always customized to the users’ specifications and can be encrypted to insure privacy.
Packaged goods manufacturers frequently use in-store sampling programs as a way to reach the consumer. PSS supports that industry by collating, kitting, and packing promotional materials and supplies for distribution direct to demonstrators, demonstration agencies or stores. Promotional kits often include sample products, special signage, aprons, coupons, cups, napkins, and any other material that an in-store demonstrator may require.
Our warehouse is FDA registered which makes it suitable for handling and storing shelf-stable packaged food products.
PSS offers flexible storage and fulfillment options for promotional and collateral sales materials. We have experience with a broad range of inventory items including printed materials, coupons, and display signage. We also have experience with logoed premium items such as hats, T-shirts, stickers, magnets, key chains, backpacks and the like. Orders may be received either electronically or mail-in with fulfillment taking place using “best way” logistics practices.
At PSS, we work strategically with our clients to offer a transitional warehousing environment which facilitates depletion of legacy printed materials while enabling the client to transition to Print-On-Demand once depletion of stored materials is complete.
Our Print/Mail Center provides a variety of mailing services such as invoice and statement rendering, consumer promotion processing, pick and pack/premium fulfillment and letter shop services. We offer fast, reliable response and accommodate mailings both large and small. Here at PSS, we focus on protecting customer data and ensuring a very high level of accuracy.
Our Print/Mail Center utilizes CASS certified software to bar code and/or pre-sort to claim postal discounts and facilitate efficiency in the postal mail stream. We also support Fed-Ex, UPS, and freight shipments and assist clients with mail piece design.
