Voice Transcription
PSS is the nation's largest transcriber of information captured by interactive voice response service bureaus. Unique systems have been developed to insure the highest degree of completeness, accuracy and deliverability. The result is a record produced in an automated environment that compares very favorably to a record produced by a live agent.
We support a variety of platforms, including transcription via phone access to the client's IVR system, audio cassette tapes, hardcopy and through receipt of digital files. Digital files may be transmitted via the Internet or direct T-1 access to PSS.
Data Entry/Opt in Data Capture Services
PSS offers high quality data capture services that are ideally suited for creation of retailers' customer loyalty programs, warranty registrations, direct marketing data bases and opt in e-mail communities. All data capture is performed on-shore using a proprietary data entry system that is augmented with a CASS certified data base. Zip+4 is typically populated in 96%+ of completed name and address records.
Opt in e-mail has become an increasingly powerful direct response tool for products sold at traditional brick and mortar retailers. Capture of e-mail addresses is quick and easy if the respondent visits a web site, but more difficult for consumers who enroll at retail. Our ability to quickly and accurately enter hard-copy forms collected at retail insures that our clients maximize the coverage of their entire customer base.
We maintain a very high level of security throughout our entire facility and offer a dedicated "clean desk" room with over 125 workstations for those clients with unusually sensitive personally identifiable information. Source materials are also shredded on-site to insure that no documents with consumer or client information can be stolen post production.
